JEW'S STREET

Connects Almodovar's door placed in the former wall with Maimonidas's square. It is surrounded by a neighborhood of narrow white alleys where they open the courts full of flowers, the squares with fountains and the bends full of captivation.  [view picture]

"EL ALCÁZAR DE LOS REYES CRISTIANOS"

Built on a part of the lot that former was occupying the Palace Califal, the palace
fortress was begun to build in 1328 by Alfonso's XI mandate, under projects inspired
by the Gothic-Christian procedure remaining only the western original wall.  [view picture]

THE MOSQUE

In the year 785 they begin the works of construction of the mosque in what it was a small cenobro visigodo in the high of a promontory, to the shores of the Guadalquivir. This Mosque constructed in successive phases under the government of the Omeyas, is the only Aljama preserved in Spain and one of the biggest of the world.  [view picture]

THE SYNAGOGUE

Constructed in 1315 for the architect Isaac Moheb it is the only Jewish temple preserved in Andalusia. It is of Mudejar style, with a delicate height of plaster-work of great beauty combining the inscriptions hebraicas with geometric and floral decorations. Was declared in 1885 as National Monument.  [view picture]

MÂDINAT AL-ZAHRÂ.

The current archaeological deposit was in the S.X the most beautiful and important city of the world. Ordered to construct in the year 936 for, Abal al-Rahmân. It had the administration and the mint. Nowadays there remain the restored dependences of the Rich, Lounge its columns and arches of horse-shoe and placed in the center of the complex. This Lounge was destined to the solemn hearings.  [view picture]
